Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Emberworks Creative, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Emberworks,” “we,” “us”), collects through emberworkscreative.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We’re based in Utah, and the Site is intended for businesses in the United States.
1. What we collect

| You buy a Resource | Name, email address, billing details needed for payment and tax, and what you bought. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive your full card number |

Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the Site, such as pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, and general location (city or region).
- Advertising pixels. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited the Site. It records actions like visiting a page, signing up, or buying.
- Email activity. Our email provider records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked.
- Server logs. Our host keeps standard logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the Resources you sign up for or buy, including download links
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and keep records required for taxes and accounting
- To send you emails about the Resources you requested, related Resources, and our services (see section 4)
- To reply to your questions and project inquiries
- To understand which pages, ads, and emails are working, and improve them
- To keep the Site secure and comply with legal obligations
3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| An email service provider (currently Brevo) | Stores our email list and sends our emails |
| A payment processor (currently Stripe) | Processes payments and calculates sales tax |
| A website hosting provider | Hosts the Site and keeps server logs |
| A project management tool | Stores project inquiries so we can follow up |
| Google Analytics | Measures Site traffic. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on |
| Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Measures our ads and shows them to people who have visited the Site |
These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies and security commitments. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or others’ safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
About advertising. Using the Meta Pixel to show our ads to people who visited the Site may count as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. You can opt out by adjusting your ad settings with Meta, using your browser’s privacy controls or an ad blocker, or emailing us (see section 7). We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
4. Emails and unsubscribing
When you sign up for a free Resource, you’ll get the Resource by email and a short series of follow-up emails about related Resources and our services. Buyers also get emails about their purchase. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. We may still send you transactional emails, such as a download link or receipt for something you bought.
5. Cookies
The Site and our analytics and advertising tools use cookies and similar technologies to remember your activity and measure results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work, but our measurements of your visit won’t.
6. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information while you’re on our email list or a customer, and afterward as long as needed for our records, taxes, and legal obligations, generally up to 7 years for purchase records. Email list information is deleted or anonymized within 12 months after you unsubscribe, except for the minimum needed to keep you unsubscribed.
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections, restricted access to keys and files, and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy
- Correct information that’s wrong
- Delete your information, subject to records we’re legally required to keep
- Stop using your information for targeted advertising
To make a request, email hello@emberworkscreative.com from the address we have on file, or tell us how to reach you to verify your identity. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, and we’ll honor them as required. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.
8. Children
The Site and Resources are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed, and for significant changes we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know.
