If a Resource isn’t useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we’ll refund you in full. No explanation needed.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@emberworkscreative.com from the address you used at checkout, or include it in your message, within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe.

Orders we cancel

We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.
